March 2026 Update: Mobile Apps Live, Microsoft Integrations, AI Onboarding & More

A lot has happened since our mid-February update. We shipped features across the entire platform — headlined by a brand-new mobile experience you can carry in your pocket. Here's everything that landed.

•Booked55 Mobile — Now on Android & iOS

This is the one we've been building toward. Booked55 is now available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The native mobile app gives you full CRM access on the go — manage contacts, browse companies, track tasks, view pipelines, create events, and switch between organizations, all from your phone.

It's a fully native app with a fast, smooth feel on both platforms. Highlights include:

• Full contact and company management — create, search, edit, and view detailed records
• Task management with pipeline context — see which pipeline and stage each task belongs to
• Event creation and attendance tracking — log who you met, right from the venue
• Organization switching — tap to switch workspaces without logging out
• Create new organizations directly from the mobile app

•AI Business Card Scanning

Met someone at an event? Snap a photo of their business card and Booked55 does the rest. Our AI extracts the name, email, phone, company, and title — then creates a contact record for you automatically.

Need to import a stack of cards at once? Bulk card scanning lets you photograph multiple cards in a row. The system processes them asynchronously and creates all the contacts in the background, so you can keep networking while your CRM catches up.

•Microsoft Calendar & Outlook Integration

Already had Google Calendar and Gmail? Now we support the Microsoft ecosystem too. Connect your Outlook calendar and Microsoft email directly to Booked55:

•Smarter Pipelines & Task Generation

Pipelines got a serious upgrade:

• Pipeline reordering — drag pipelines into the order that makes sense for your team, both in settings and across the app
• Activity frequency per stage — define how often follow-up tasks should be created for contacts in each pipeline stage
• Automatic follow-up tasks — Booked55 now generates tasks on a predictable schedule based on your stage settings, with no duplicates
• Pipeline and stage visible on tasks — every task now shows which pipeline and stage it belongs to, so you always have context

•AI-Generated Company Descriptions

Company records now include AI-enriched descriptions. When you create or view a company, Booked55 can automatically generate a summary of what the company does, its industry, and key context — saving you the research time and keeping your records consistently detailed.

•Email Signature Editor

Your outreach emails now look more professional. The new email signature editor lets you design and save a custom signature that's automatically appended to every email you send from Booked55. Add your name, title, phone, social links, and branding — all through a clean visual editor.

•Task Management Upgrades

• Task deletion with reason — when deleting a task, you can now select a reason, keeping your activity log clean and auditable
• Email campaigns from tasks — select multiple tasks and launch an email campaign directly to the associated contacts
• Bulk task selection — select and act on multiple tasks at once
• Activity reminders — configurable reminder tracking at the organization level so nothing falls through the cracks
• Cleaner task UI — redesigned task list and action buttons for better clarity

•Campaign Reliability & Recovery

Email campaigns are now more resilient. We added automatic recovery for stalled campaigns, smarter contact deduplication before send, and improved status tracking so you always know where your campaign stands. If something goes wrong mid-send, the system picks up where it left off.

•Quality of Life Improvements

• Faster search everywhere — search across contacts, companies, tasks, and events is now smoother and more responsive
• Create organizations on the fly — spin up a new workspace directly from the organization switcher on both web and mobile
• Version detection — the web app now detects when a new version is available and prompts you to refresh, so you're always on the latest
